About Altirra
Altirra emulates the Atari 400/800, 1200XL, 600/800XL, 130XE, XEGS and 5200 systems, with cycle-exact emulation of all documented hardware features and close attention to undocumented behavior. It was written from scratch by the author of VirtualDub and shares some components with that code base.
No Atari code is included in the downloads. Builds are offered for x64 and ARM64 Windows, and the author still works on it periodically, with version 4.40 current.
