About AmneziaVPN

AmneziaVPN inverts the usual VPN model. Instead of subscribing to a provider, you give it the IP address, SSH login and password of a server you control, and it installs the VPN containers on that server and connects to them. The traffic goes through infrastructure you rent, not a company's shared exit nodes.

It supports the classic protocols, OpenVPN, WireGuard and IKEv2, and a set designed to survive deep packet inspection: OpenVPN over Cloak, Shadowsocks, AmneziaWG and XRay. That obfuscation is the reason the project exists and why it has support channels in Farsi, Myanmar and Russian, and an alternative website for regions where the main one is blocked.

Split tunnelling lets you route only chosen sites or applications through it. There are releases for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS.
