About AtlasOS
AtlasOS is a playbook that modifies an existing Windows installation to remove bloatware and optimize performance, privacy and usability. It is aimed at enthusiasts and gamers, and many users report better responsiveness and frame rates. It is applied with AME Wizard by following the project's installation guide.
The documentation lists removed features, security considerations and how to revert Atlas. The current version is v0.5.0, released in October 2025, which no longer supports Windows 10.
