Bluebeam Revu is a desktop PDF application built around construction drawings. Architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and estimators use it to mark up plans, review designs, run quantity takeoffs and collaborate on shared documents.
Bluebeam describes workflows for drawing management, design review, RFIs, submittals, punch lists and project closeout, with user management, security controls and integrations with other construction software. A newer Bluebeam Max offering adds AI features on top of Revu. It is sold through paid plans, and a free trial is offered.
