BreakTimer schedules regular breaks from the computer. You set how often breaks happen and how long they last, choose the colours and messages shown during a break, and limit reminders to your working hours. A notification arrives before each break so you can skip or snooze it.
It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, with Snap, deb, rpm, AppImage and tarball builds for Linux. The Windows installer is unsigned, so Windows shows a warning you have to click past.

- Configurable break frequency and length
- Working hours keep reminders out of personal time
- Advance notice with skip and snooze
- Builds for Windows, macOS and several Linux formats
