About Cascadeur
Cascadeur is a keyframe animation program for 3D characters. AI features generate motion between keyframes, suggest natural poses from a few control points and create runs, jumps, combat moves and idles. Physics tools add ragdoll reactions to impacts and falls, and AutoPhysics shows a physically accurate version of the motion to tune inertia and secondary movement.
It also rigs humanoids and quadrupeds by dragging joints, retargets animation between different skeletons, cleans up mocap and streams to Unreal Engine through Live Link. Version 2026.2 added animation layers.
