Decoder is a small QR code scanner and generator for the GNOME desktop. It can scan codes with a camera or from a screenshot, parse the content and display it when possible, and generate new QR codes from text you enter. A history keeps track of codes you have scanned or created.
It is part of the GNOME Circle of apps, open source under the GPL-3.0-or-later licence, and installed from Flathub. Version 0.10.0 was released in September 2026.
