Some banking and financial apps refuse to run while Android's Developer Options are enabled. Turning the setting off normally resets the developer settings underneath it. DevQS adds Quick Settings tiles that switch Developer Options off and back on while keeping the other settings in place.
Long-pressing any of its tiles opens the Developer Options settings screen directly. It suits developers and tinkerers who keep developer settings on but also need apps that check for them.
