About DocuSeal
DocuSeal lets you upload a document, turn it into a form with fields to fill in, and send it out for signing. It accepts PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPEG, PNG and ZIP files up to 100 MB and adds an automatic digital signature to completed documents.
You can use the hosted service with a free account or run it on your own server. An API and embeddable forms let developers add signing requests to their own applications. It positions itself as an alternative to DocuSign and PandaDoc.
