Downdetector collects problem reports from users and shows when a service is having an outage. It covers more than 35,000 services in 72 countries, including internet and mobile providers, streaming services, social networks, banks, AI chatbots and online games.
It suits anyone who wants to know whether a problem is on their side or affects everyone. Downdetector features, including coverage maps, are also available in the Speedtest app. Businesses can use a separate paid product, Downdetector Explorer, for outage information.
