About Emmabuntüs

Emmabuntüs is a Debian-based distribution made by a French collective that works on computer reuse. It comes with a large set of modern, preconfigured software so refurbished machines are ready for everyday use, and pays attention to accessibility.

The project supports humanitarian and school reuse efforts, including work in Togo, and publishes tutorials, beginner manuals and guides for making reuse USB keys with Ventoy. Most of the documentation is in French.
