About Farrago
Farrago plays audio clips instantly from a grid of tiles, or in sequence from predefined lists. Sets let you split a large library into groups, and an inspector sets each tile's name, colour and playback options. A built-in editor trims audio and adjusts fades.
It is aimed at podcasters and radio hosts adding effects and pre-recorded segments, theatre and live shows running cues in order, and people who want sound effects or music in video calls. It is a paid Mac app from Rogue Amoeba with a free download to try.
