FileBot matches movie and episode files against online databases and renames and sorts them to a naming scheme you choose, or to the Plex naming standard. It can also download artwork and cover images, and search, preview and download subtitles, including fixing their encoding.

Besides the drag-and-drop interface there is a command-line tool and a scripting engine, so it can run unattended on a server as part of an automated media center workflow.
