About Floorp
Floorp takes Firefox and adds the interface features people usually chase with extensions and userChrome hacks: tabs down the side, a split view that puts two pages in one window, named workspaces that keep separate sets of tabs, and dockable web panels for the sites you keep open all day.
Because it tracks Firefox rather than Chromium, it keeps the Gecko engine, Firefox extensions and containers. The trade-off is that it is a small volunteer project rebasing on top of a browser it does not control, so security fixes reach you after Mozilla ships them rather than at the same time.
