About FreeScout
FreeScout is a help desk and shared mailbox written in PHP on the Laravel framework. It runs on PHP and MySQL, so it can be deployed even on shared hosting, and it has a web installer and updater. Email connects via SMTP, IMAP or POP3, with OAuth support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
There are no limits on agents, tickets or mailboxes. Modules add channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Slack and live chat. It is translated into 33 languages and supports screen readers.
