About GLPI
GLPI is a self-hosted IT service management application. Its help desk handles incidents and requests with service catalog forms and SLAs, and it keeps an inventory of assets with a configuration management database, network scanning and SNMP reports.
It also covers financial management, data centre management, workflows, a knowledge base and projects, and can be extended with plugins. Development is led by Teclib', which also offers a paid cloud version, making it a fit for IT teams that want a free help desk and asset tracker they run themselves.
