About Guerrilla Mail

Guerrilla Mail creates a temporary email address as soon as you open the page, so you can receive a confirmation mail without handing out your real address. You can pick from several domains, scramble the address, compose mail and delete the inbox with a Forget Me button.

Owners of a domain can pay to route mail for it through the service. The mail server behind it is Go-Guerrilla, an open-source project from the same team. There is no encryption, so it suits throwaway signups rather than anything sensitive.

Strengths

  • No signup; address is ready immediately
  • Choice of several domains
  • Can send as well as receive
  • Has a public API

Limitations
