About Hesk
Hesk is web-based help desk software for setting up a customer support portal or an IT help desk. Users submit tickets, and staff track, assign and collaborate on them, with canned responses and auto-assignment. A built-in knowledge base lets users find answers themselves.
You can download it and install it on your own PHP server for free, or use the paid Hesk Cloud with flat-fee plans. It has been developed for over 21 years and is available in more than 35 languages.
