About Instant Eyedropper
Instant Eyedropper picks the color of any pixel on screen. Press a hotkey or click the tray icon, and a magnifier appears. Click a pixel and its color is copied to the clipboard in the format you choose.
The new Reborn version (IE-R) adds zoom with the scroll wheel and pixel-by-pixel nudging with the arrow keys. It also has a stash for collecting several colors without closing the overlay. The Classic 2.0.1 release stays available. Both come as an installer or a portable zip.
