About Kalico

Kalico is a fork of Klipper, the firmware that runs printer logic on a host computer and drives the printer's microcontrollers. The project aims to support features and behaviour that could be risky if used incorrectly, giving users more control over their machines.

It keeps Klipper's structure, with host code and microcontroller firmware, and ships board configurations and printer configs. It suits experienced Klipper users who want features not accepted into mainline Klipper and are comfortable taking responsibility for their settings.
