About KeePassXC

KeePassXC is a community fork of KeePass for Windows, macOS and Linux. Your passwords live in an encrypted .kdbx database file that you control and can sync with any file-sync tool. It offers browser integration through its own extension, TOTP generation, an SSH agent, a command-line tool and auto-type.

It is free and open source (GPL-2.0 or GPL-3.0), has no account, no hosted service and no paid tier. There are no official mobile apps; compatible third-party apps can open the same database format.
