About LinkChecker
LinkChecker is a GPL-licensed website validator written in Python. Point it at a URL and it recursively checks every page under that address, while also testing external links without crawling into them. Checking is multithreaded and supports HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, mailto: and local file links.
Output can be plain or coloured text, HTML, SQL, CSV, XML or a sitemap graph. Regular expression filters, proxies, cookies, HTTP and FTP authentication and robots.txt are all supported. It installs with pipx and needs Python 3.10 or later.
