About Mailspring
Mailspring is the surviving version of Nylas Mail, rebuilt by one of its original authors with a C++ sync engine that uses roughly half the memory of the old JavaScript one. The free client covers a unified inbox, snooze, send later, mail rules, templates and a spell and grammar checker.
Mailspring Pro is a monthly subscription that adds link tracking, read receipts, mailbox analytics and contact profiles. The project is explicit that all of it runs in the client and that your email credentials are not sent to the cloud.
