About Masterchannel
Masterchannel is a web-based mastering service for musicians and producers. You upload a track and it returns a mastered version. The developers say each track is processed individually to fix specific problems rather than having a preset applied, and that the technology was not trained on large music datasets.
Masters are made to meet the loudness requirements of streaming platforms and to sound consistent across car, phone, radio and club systems. Processing adapts to the genre it detects. A redesigned version was in public beta at the time of writing.
