Mobilizon lets people create, edit and publish events, with a draft mode before publication, and share them on social media or by email. Visitors can search events by keyword, place or date and add them to a calendar, while participants can receive email notifications.
Groups get a public page, member management and private content. Mobilizon sites federate with each other and the wider fediverse, and instance administrators have moderation tools. It suits communities and associations that want an event tool instead of a large commercial platform.
