NAPS2 scans from WIA, TWAIN, SANE and ESCL scanners, lets you reorder, rotate and clean up pages, and saves as PDF, TIFF, JPEG or PNG with optional Tesseract OCR to make the PDF searchable. Profiles store per-scanner settings.
