Notifiarr collects events from many home server applications and delivers customisable notifications to Discord. It integrates with Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, Uptime Kuma, Watchtower, Fail2ban, Crowdsec, Synology and over 30 more services.
A client on your server reports system health such as memory, CPU, temperatures, SMART, IPMI and RAID status, and watches services on your network for downtime. Discord is the only delivery platform today; push, SMS, email, Slack, Telegram and Mattermost are on the road map.
