About Pimsleur
Pimsleur teaches languages mainly through listening. Core lessons take about 30 minutes and ask you to hear, recall and repeat spoken phrases. Shorter bite-sized lessons, reading lessons for phonetic recognition, flash cards, speed rounds and Speak Easy interactive transcripts for roleplay support them. A Voice Coach feature gives real-time pronunciation feedback.
The All Access subscription covers 51 languages and up to four users. Lessons can be downloaded for offline learning or played hands-free through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It suits commuters and learners who want to speak a language rather than work through grammar drills.
