Plash places a website behind your desktop icons in place of a static wallpaper. Uses include a calendar, a news site, a personal stats page, the Bing photo of the day or an animated GIF. You can add several websites and switch between them, and a Browsing Mode lets you interact with the page.
Other options include automatic reloading at an interval, showing the site on a different display, custom CSS and JavaScript, inverted colours as a fake dark mode, lower opacity, and pausing while on battery. It supports Shortcuts and scripting, with a companion command-line tool.
