About rembg
rembg removes the background from images using AI models that run on your own machine. You can use it as a command-line program, a Python library, an HTTP server or a Docker container.
The CLI has subcommands for single files, whole folders in batch, a server mode, raw RGB24 pixel streams, and downloading models ahead of time. It runs on the CPU by default. Optional backends add NVIDIA CUDA and AMD ROCm GPU acceleration.
