Scrib is a lightweight text workspace for Android. You paste text in or share it from another app, use the editing helpers to isolate the part you want, then copy it back out. A typical use is pulling a phone number out of a long message: share the text to Scrib, tap the number and copy it.
It acts as a share target for any app and offers shortcut keys and arrow key helpers to make precise selection easier on a touch screen.
