About ScummVM
ScummVM is not an emulator of a PC; it reimplements the game engines themselves. You supply the data files from your own copy of a game and ScummVM stands in for the executable, which means Monkey Island, Broken Sword, Myst and Blade Runner run natively on a modern machine, a phone or a Raspberry Pi.
The name comes from SCUMM, the LucasArts scripting utility, but support long ago spread past LucasArts to hundreds of point-and-click adventures, text adventures and role-playing games. It does not include any games, and it will not help you get them.
