About STORM
STORM (Synthesis of Topic Outlines through Retrieval and Multi-perspective Question Asking) is a research project from Stanford's OVAL lab. Given a topic, it gathers sources, asks questions from several perspectives, builds an outline and writes a long, Wikipedia-style article with citations. Co-STORM adds a collaborative mode.
It is distributed as a Python package with a light demo front end, and connects to language models through integrations including litellm. A hosted research preview is also available.
