About Surfingkeys

Surfingkeys lets you control the browser from the keyboard: following links, scrolling, switching tabs and running commands without the mouse. Key bindings follow Vim conventions.

Its configuration is written in JavaScript, so you can remap keys and add your own commands and behaviour. That makes it suited to people who already live in Vim or a keyboard-driven editor and are comfortable editing a settings script.
