About Syncthing-Lite
Syncthing-Lite accesses shares offered by active Syncthing devices, downloading or uploading files as needed instead of keeping a full local copy. This can help on phones with limited storage.
The project describes itself as an early-development revival and warns users to keep another backup because data loss or corruption is possible. Relay connections may take several minutes to reconnect after the app closes.
Strengths
- Accesses Syncthing shares without downloading full folders
- Useful on devices with limited storage
- Supports file uploads and downloads
Limitations
- Early development with a warning to keep separate backups
- Relay reconnection can take several minutes after closing the app
