About TaskExplorer

TaskExplorer shows everything running on a Mac in real time, listing each process with its code signing status, loaded dylibs, open files and network connections. Version 3 is a rewrite built on Apple's Endpoint Security framework, so processes appear the moment they start and their details refresh as they change, without a password prompt on every launch.

It includes a filter field with keyword tokens, tree or flat process views, an inspector pane, and VirusTotal flagging of suspicious items shown in red. A built-in assistant can answer questions about live data using Apple Intelligence or your own API key.
