About TCPConnectProblemView
TCPConnectProblemView monitors TCP connections initiated by software on the system and adds an entry when a connection receives no response. Entries include the process, local and remote addresses and ports, and the remote host.
It can also close unresponsive sockets to shorten some application timeouts. That option requires administrator rights and works only with IPv4 connections.
