About tints.dev
tints.dev takes a hexadecimal base color, placed at stop 500 by default, and generates the 50 to 950 shades a Tailwind CSS palette uses. Hue, saturation and lightness can be shifted at the extremes, and you can switch between linear and perceived lightness to change how the shades spread toward white and black.
Palettes can be shared by URL and fetched through an API. It suits Tailwind CSS users who want a full custom color scale rather than a single brand color.
