About Ubuntu Touch
Ubuntu Touch is a mobile operating system you install on supported phones and tablets in place of the manufacturer's software. Promoted devices include the PinePhone, Fairphone, Volla, Google Pixel and OnePlus models, and an installer is provided. It is maintained by volunteers under the UBports foundation.
Connect a device to a monitor or TV and it switches to a windowed desktop layout. It has its own app catalog, and releases continue on two tracks, 24.04 and 20.04 OTA updates, both released in December 2025.
