Updatecli reads a YAML manifest that declares what to update, where, and under which conditions. Each pipeline runs three stages: a source fetches a value such as the latest release of a dependency, conditions check that the update is safe, and targets write the value into files such as YAML or a Dockerfile. An SCM block can then commit the change and open a pull or merge request.
It is a single binary that runs on a laptop or in any CI system, with no server and no database. An experimental dashboard called Udash is also available.

- Checks conditions before changing anything
- Opens pull or merge requests automatically
