updown.io is a hosted monitoring service for websites and other online services. It runs HTTP(S), TCP(S) and ICMP checks every 15 seconds to every hour, over IPv4 and IPv6. It confirms downtime from at least two locations before alerting. It also warns about invalid or expiring TLS certificates and expiring domains, can match a text string instead of the status code, and watches cron jobs through pulse checks.
Alerts go to email, webhooks, Slack, Teams, Telegram, SMS, Statuspage and Zapier. Hosted status pages and a REST API are included. The price scales linearly with check frequency.
