About Webbkoll
Webbkoll checks what data-protecting measures a website has taken. It simulates a normal browser visit with no add-ons and Do Not Track disabled, then reports on cookies, third-party requests, transport security and security headers. It also checks whether the http:// version of the site redirects to https://.
It is run by the 5th of July Foundation in Sweden, and its source code is published on Codeberg. It suits developers and privacy-minded site owners who want a single report on how a site treats visitors.
