About WindTerm

WindTerm implements SSH v2, telnet, raw TCP, serial and shell protocols with split views, session auto-execution after authentication, and integrated SFTP. It is written in C and is noticeably quicker than the Electron-based clients.

The licence is unusually generous: the author states it is completely free for commercial and non-commercial use without limitations. It is a partial open source project, though, with released source under Apache 2.0 but not the whole application, and the last release was March 2025.
