About Withings App
The Withings App is the companion app for Withings devices and is used to install them. It can also be used as a standalone health app without buying any Withings product.
On its own it tracks activity with the phone's accelerometer, weight and fat mass and blood pressure through manual entry, and heart rate with the phone's camera. Nutrition data can come from MyFitnessPal. A weekly step leaderboard lets you compete with friends and family, whether or not they own a Withings product.
