About WriteFreely
WriteFreely is blogging software built around writing, with an auto-saving editor and no news feed, likes or notifications. Readers get a clean page, and anyone on Mastodon or another ActivityPub service can follow a blog and share its posts.
It is written in Go and installs as a single binary with a few supporting files, so it runs on modest hardware including a Raspberry Pi. It can host one blog or a community of writers, and it powers the Write.as service.
