About XRoar
XRoar emulates the Dragon 32 and 64, the Tandy Colour Computers 1, 2 and 3, the Tandy MC-10 and some similar machines and clones. Binaries are provided for 64-bit macOS and for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows as ZIP archives or MSI installers. Debian and Ubuntu users can install snapshot builds from an Apt repository or a PPA.
Firmware ROM images from the original machines are needed to use it. Version 1.12.1 was released in July 2026, and a manual is available in PDF and HTML.
