About Zammad
Zammad is a web-based, open source user support and ticketing system. The community edition is free to download and install on your own servers, with packages for CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu, a Docker Compose setup, or installation from source. Version 7.1.3 is the current release.
There is no Windows or macOS server version. For a hosted option, the company runs a separate commercial service at zammad.com.
