About ZoomIt

ZoomIt sits in the tray doing nothing until you press a hotkey, then it freezes and magnifies the screen so an audience can actually read what you are pointing at. While zoomed you can draw with the mouse, type text, and add arrows and boxes, which is why it is the standard tool for technical presentations.

It also has a break timer for the interval between sessions, screen recording, and the ability to snip a screenshot to the clipboard or a file. It runs unobtrusively and every action is on a customisable hotkey.

It is a Sysinternals tool by Mark Russinovich, and is also bundled inside Microsoft PowerToys. There is a macOS version too.
