About Zwift
Zwift is an indoor training app. You connect a smart trainer or smart bike, and your riding moves an avatar through a virtual world, where you can join group rides, community races and structured training plans. It also supports indoor running.
The app runs on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, and a companion phone app is available. Access is sold as an annual or monthly membership. Zwift also sells its own Zwift Ride smart bike and Zwift Ready trainers, although other compatible trainers work too.
