  • Cyotek WebCopy

    A free Windows tool that copies all or part of a website to a local drive.

    Cyotek WebCopy is free but Windows only and needs the .NET Framework, with include and exclude rules and login before copying.

  • Offline Explorer

    A Windows website downloader and offline browser for archiving pages and whole sites.

    PaidProprietaryWindows

    Offline Explorer is paid and Windows only, archiving anything from a single page to a large website with file type filters and a portable edition.
